Join us for brunch and discussion with Banner Health and their IT software and clinical integration team where they share the story of their evolution to improve patient experience by enhancing processes with Formstack’s digital forms and workflow automation. Featuring Formstack’s VP of Product Management, Ennis Al-Asaaed, the roundtable will explore some of Banner’s recent projects, such as filling gaps in patient intake processes by digitizing their financial agreement documentation.
